Topology-optimization based design of multi-degree-of-freedom compliant mechanisms (mechanisms with multiple pseudo-mobility)

چکیده
Unlike conventional mechanisms, compliant mechanisms produce the desired deformations by exploiting elastic strain. The mobility of a mechanism is number independent coordinates needed to define configuration mechanism. corresponding concept applicable so-called pseudo-mobility defined as scalar parameters identify one single deformation In case with multiple pseudo-mobility, only synthesis approaches for relatively simple exist so far, while systems more complex tasks like shape adaptation are not covered. addition, limited choice transverse loads considered in those approaches. this paper, novel optimization algorithm presented that addresses these two shortcomings. This based on two-step iterative procedure which load-case dependency minimized and imposed. tested different complexity. It could be demonstrated new well suited types mechanisms.
